The Annual Parish Meeting for Nunney will be held on Tuesday 7 May from 7pm at Dallimore Mead Hall, Nunney.
Clare Lewis will give a short talk about the Nunney International Horse Trials.
The competition takes place over three days and is expected to attract many stars from the sport of Eventing. As well as the thrill of watching cross country action, this year the show jumping will take place in the main arena in front of the magnificent house.
Spectators can enjoy the showjumping while browsing an array of trade stands. There’s also a unique food corner, with vendors offering some of the best locally sourced food.
The annual parish meeting for Nunney is open to everyone and will be followed by the Annual Meeting of Nunney Parish Council at 7.30pm. Ken Lloyd, Chairman of the Parish Council, will present the Council’s report for 2012-13.
Visitors can stay and observe, but are reminded that only Electors of the Parish may ask questions and take part in discussions. The public can only address the meeting at the discretion of the Chairman on items which have been advised to the Parish Clerk at least 7 working days in advance and are included on the agenda.
