Max and Sue ran Nunney Post Office for many years. They were both heavily involved in many community initiatives as well as selling tickets for Nunney events.

The book reflects the village’s active community life as well as their years running the Post Office. It also contains testimonials from well-wishers in Nunney.

Max and Sue received the book at a drinks party on Sunday 5 March, attended by representatives of Nunney Community Association, Nunney & District Flower Show, Nunney Village Hall Committee and other community groups.

This special gift was coordinated and produced by Visit Nunney for Nunney Community Association. The book is not available commercially.

A similar one-off book was given to Catherine Goldsmith, former Chair of Nunney Parish Council and Nunney Community Association, when she migrated to the USA.
