Carols in the Castle

The hugely popular Carols in the Castle takes place on Sunday 17 December at 6pm, with the Midsomer Norton & Radstock Silver Band.

Last year’s Carols in the Castle concert was a huge success, although real candles and torches are a no-no these days these days due to ‘elf and safety’ regulations.

Having said that, Carols in the Castle is one of the undoubted highlights on the Nunney calendar. Where else can a community get together inside a medieval moated castle and belt out all-time favourite carols?

The singalong inside Nunney Castle will be accompanied by the Midsomer Norton & Radstock Silver Band and feature all the popular favourites, such as Silent Night and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

Unlike in previous years, the event will not be held in Nunney Church this time if it rains.

Carols in the Castle is a free event. You do not need a ticket. Song sheets, lights and refreshments will be on sale.

This event is organised by the Nunney Community Association (NCA).
