The traditional Easter Sunday bonnet parade and duck race take place on Sunday 31 March 2013 from 11.30am.

The Nunney Community Association hosts the traditional Easter Sunday bonnet parade and duck race in the Market Place in Nunney. The bonnet parade starts around 11.30am in the Market Place.

Everyone is welcome to join in with the event. There are classes and prizes for the best decorated Easter bonnet ranging from children and pets to adults. Have you decorated your hat yet?

Shortly afterwards, at 12.30pm, 500 plastic yellow ducks will race down the Nunney Brook through the centre of the village, with prizes for the winners. Visitors can sponsor ducks, with the money supporting community projects.
