Fitness boot-camp

A new fitness boot-camp takes place at Nunney Village Hall every Wednesday from 12 Feb at 6.30-7.15pm.

Fitness boot-campThese classes are a great way to stay fit and lose weight. This innovative and fun fitness boot-camp will consist of great toning and aerobic exercises that will help you:

  • lose weight
  • ‘tone’ up
  • feel and look healthier
  • ‘sculpt’ your body to look you want it to!

So if you want to get your New Year’s body under way early, reserve your space now. If you can’t make it to the first one, you can start at any time.

The exercises are mainly aerobic but will also include some resistance exercises with resistance bands and bodyweight movements. Clothes should be comfortable, i.e. tracksuits bottoms, hooded jumper and trainers.

Classes are hosted by a certified and experienced nutritionist and personal trainer, so dietary advice is available for all attendees.

Whatever your fitness level or age, you’re welcome. Classes are only £7 and last for 45 mins.
