Frome Jazz Club features Caroline Radcliffe

This Wednesday 18 June Frome Jazz Club at the Old Bath Arms welcomes Caroline Radcliffe.

Caroline Radcliffe at Frome Jazz ClubThroughout the 1980s Caroline and partner Nick Waterhouse were key figures in the UK pop scene as part of The Impossible Dreamers, going on to work with Stephen Duffy in The Lilac Time and Bait, and winding up at the heart of Frome’s music scene with their own band 3corners and regular large-scale event Acoustic Plus.

Caroline has done such a lot of work with young people in the area via schools and the music school Jackdaws that some people may not realise she is also a great jazz vocalist in her own right.

For Frome Jazz Club, Caroline will be singing a selection of well-loved jazz standards – so come along, enjoy, and find out for yourself just what a terrific singer she is!

Keith Harrison-Broninski of the former Nunney Jazz Café organises the jazz nights at the Old Bath Arms in Frome.
