Mindfulness can help you meet the moments of your life and live more to the full.
This brief introduction will explain what Mindfulness is about, and offer you some simple exercises to help you experience each present and precious moment.
Speaker Eva Ruijgrok-Lupton (www.everyday-mindfulness.co.uk) is a highly qualified and experienced Mindfulness trainer. She has been practicing Mindfulness for over 25 years and teaching courses and workshops since 2008.
Eva is currently conducting research for an MSc thesis on Mindfulness teaching.
