Nunney Acoustic Cafe June 2013

The ever-popular Nunney Acoustic Café celebrates its 7th birthday on Sunday 2 June at Nunney Village Hall.

Nunney Acoustic Cafe takes place monthly on the first Sunday of the month, with a break over the summer. This edition of the monthly event features three of the finest the South West has to offer.

Lauren Castle, just 15 and currently blasting her way through her GCSEs, has talent pouring from her perfectly formed vocal chords, and now she is writing too – watch out world!

Benji Clements, cool, sassy and with a voice to die for, is a bit more established but you wouldn’t have heard mashups the way he does them. Not to be missed.

And Rhys Bury, with the kind of writing skill that sees him finishing a song one day and performing it the next, with a voice sounding like it has lived a lot longer than its body, you’re in for a treat.

Of course, added to this is a great heap of open mic time (turn up on the day or get in touch to book a three-song slot), fab food, brilliant beer, activities for the little ones, newspapers for the big ones and a big fluffy hug of a welcome for you all.
