The Theory of Everything

Somerset Moviola and the Nunney Village Hall Committee present The Theory of Everything, on Friday 12 June at Nunney village hall.

The-Theory-Of-Everything-Movie-Poster-15The Theory of Everything is the real life story of scientist Stephen Hawking. Eddie Redmayne gives a stunning Oscar / BAFTA-winning performance as Stephen Hawking in this excellent adaptation of the book by Jane Hawking (played here by the excellent Felicity Jones).

This is a moving, compelling film – beautifully made and inspiring – which deals with many themes: scientific genius, love and human relationships, triumph over tragically crippling illness.

Again, a film not to be missed.

The Theory of Everything has a PG rating, which stands for Parental Guidance. This means a film is suitable for general viewing, but some scenes may be unsuitable for young children. A PG film should not unsettle a child aged around eight or older. Parents should consider whether the content may upset younger, or more sensitive, children.

The Theory of Everything is shown at Nunney Village Hall on Friday 8 May at 7.30pm. Door open at 7.00pm. Seats cannot be reserved, so please come early.

Tickets cost £5.00 in advance at the SPAR shop in Nunney or £6.00 on the door. A licensed bar and ice creams will be available.
